You can't build a new house on an old foundation. We're gonna work together to unearth the programs, beliefs, and habits that are keeping you where you're at, and replace them with new ones aligned with your ideal future self.
Month 3: Building Sustainable Structures
James Clear said it best. "You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your structures." Having sustainable structures in place is one of the keys in implementing lasting change.
Months 4 & 5: Fleshing It Out & Working Through Resistence
Once we've got the right systems in place, we gotta work 'em! Sometimes that can bring up resistance. Our subconscious wants to stick to the old stuff, cuz it's easy, but we can't get new results if we're doing the same old stuff.
Month 6: Ancestral Work & Tying It All Together
We have to get ourselves right before we get anyone else involved. Here. we'll cover ancestral veneration & how to add their power to your purpose. and bring all of what we covered in the previous months together.
