This is a 4 month mentorship for women who are stuck in patterns of low confidence or are navigating difficult relationships that leave them feeling depleted or insecure, and want to feel unshakeable confidence rooted in deep self love and trust so they can accomplish their goals and fulfill their desires. Healed Baddie incorporates reiki, aura cleansing, somatic practices, and mindset coaching to help you cultivate your intuition, listen to your body and the Universe, and gain strength to make big moves in your life. When you join, you’ll unlock… 💖 1:1 Coaching with Natalia - To give you support and guidance that meets you EXACTLY where you’re at and help you take inspired action towards your goals. 🌟 Reiki - Release + recharge your energetic body so you can receive intuitive downloads and self discoveries as you take quantum leaps forward + gain and maintain energetic balance. 🧘🏽♀️ Somatic Practices - Go beyond mindset into the body for truer, deeper integration of all you’re learning (and unlearning!). ✍🏽 Journal Prompts, Guided Meditations, or Worksheets - To help you gain clarity, enhance your intuition, and build self-accountability. 📲 Voxer Support between sessions - So you never have to worry about waiting for our next call, drop in and receive guidance + soul nourishment whenever you need it. On this call we'll chat about where you are in your journey, where you desire to be, strategize a plan of action, and determine if Healed Baddie is the right fit for you.
